Job Summary As a Program Manager III, Strategic Planning, Global Server Operations, you'll oversee large-scale, multi-faceted projects and initiatives that span the entire organization. You'll bring together various stakeholders, spearhead decision-making processes, and ensure that these programs remain on track and aligned with our broader strategic objectives. You'll employ a blend of research, benchmarking, and data analysis to provide informed recommendations and guide these programs towards successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Operations: Help run core operations/business cadence, establish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organization. Talent Management: Manage team talent management initiatives and identify and report on success metrics for each project. Performance Updates: Collaborate with functional stakeholders to aggregate regional-level quarterly performance updates. Strategic/Business Planning: Manage the strategic/business planning process in coordination with regional and functional teams. Project Support: Support various team members on projects related to hiring, opex, special events, etc. Stakeholder Management: Serve as a bridge between diverse parts of the organization, fostering collaboration and facilitating the achievement of shared goals. Communication: Establish a strategy and process for communicating a shared aim for the future with internal and external leaders. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Program Management Experience: 5 years of experience in program or project management. Data Analysis: Experience in analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing solutions. Planning and Operations: Experience in planning and operations. Stakeholder Management: Experience working with cross-functional or executive stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Cross-Functional Project Management: 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Management Consulting: Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or related analyst positions. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with multiple levels including the executive leadership team, peers, and managers. Project Management Skills: Excellent project management and planning skills and ability to keep multiple priorities moving at the same time. People Management: Excellent people management and problem-solving skills. What We Offer As a Google employee, you'll enjoy a comprehensive compensation package, including: Competitive Salary: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000.
