This is a remote, project-based role supporting an AI startup, where you will handle contract drafting, writing, and review. Candidates must be flexible, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to the dynamic needs of the startup environment. This is Not a Document Review Position. Key Responsibilities: Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and edit various types of legal agreements, ensuring attention to detail and compliance with applicable laws. Tech Experienced: Utilize digital tools and platforms to manage legal work and collaborate remotely. Qualifications: Experience: 5-10 years of legal experience as an associate at a firm, with a focus on contract drafting, writing, and negotiation. Tech Adept: Must be comfortable working with remote collaboration tools and legal tech platforms. Skills: Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills Detail and process-oriented with excellent communication abilities Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own time and projects Enjoys working with diverse teams and adapting to changing priorities Key Attributes: Flexible Schedule: Ability to work 32-40 hours per week, plus potential for overtime at your own pace, as long as project milestones are upkept or exceeded.
