Entertainment Technology Partners is a leader in live event solutions, and they are seeking a Project Coordinator to facilitate communication and coordination for various events. The role involves managing logistics and quality assurance to ensure successful execution of live events. Responsibilities Serve as liaison between Operations and Show Services for assigned events Communicate with Account Executives to confirm event requirements and special needs Partner with Equipment Logistics to verify accuracy of all orders Coordinate with Discipline Managers to ensure timely pile walks and order completeness Track sub rentals, transfers, and tight turns with the Floor Manager Maintain constant communication to ensure gear is pulled, labeled, and packaged correctly Verify show site logistics including dock access and delivery details Confirm trucking details and assist with calling the truck pack Walk show contents with Account Executives prior to loading, ensuring safety compliance Travel to show sites as needed to support load in and distribution Champion quality assurance across products, processes, and service Skills High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Detail oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities Adaptability in a fast paced, live event environment Forklift or manlift certification is a plus Benefits Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance Flexible spending account 401(k) with company match Paid holidays PTO starting at hire Company Overview Entertainment Technology Partners, LLC is the parent to a collection of exceptional brands in the live event, broadcast.
