The role involves providing administrative and project support, managing scheduling, tracking project timelines, and assisting with event logistics. Responsibilities Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings with clients, partners, and internal teams Track project timelines, deliverables, and sponsorship commitments to ensure deadlines are met Assist with the preparation of pitch decks, client materials, and meeting notes Maintain accurate records including contracts, budgets, and status trackers Support event logistics including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site assistance as needed Provide general support to senior team members on sponsorship and production projects Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with PowerPoint and Canva is a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Interest in partnerships, media, and live event production Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV through nbcunicareers.com to be considered Must be 18 years or greater Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States Benefits Health and Welfare benefits on 1st day of employment Eligible to participate in Employee Stock Purchase Program after 90 days of employment 401K after 1,000 hours worked in 12 consecutive months Company Overview NBCUniversal is a media company that provides entertainment and news development, production, distribution, and marketing services.
