Essential Functions and Primary Duties Project Coordination: Coordinate projects across multiple teams within the division. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among geographically dispersed teams. Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Methodology Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in either Scaling Up, EOS, or equivalent methodologies. Apply relevant tools and concepts to enhance the project management process. Technology Management: Utilize appropriate technology tools (e.g., project management software, collaboration platforms) to facilitate team collaboration. Ensure teams have access to necessary resources and information. Deadline Management: Monitor project deadlines and proactively address any delays or issues. Work closely with team members to meet project milestones. Problem Solving: Identify and address project-related issues promptly. Collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions and mitigate risks. Administrative Tasks: Handle light administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documentation as it relates to projects. Prepare project-related meeting summaries and action items and incorporate them into the overall project task inventory. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Proven experience in project management. Certification in either Scaling Up, EOS, or other equivalent methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Worksheets, Asana, Trello). Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 6 years of experience in related field. 3 years supervisory experience. Familiarity with business operating frameworks such as Scaling Up, EOS, or similar methodologies (certification preferred). Ability to effectively manage all phases and components of projects. Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally. Must be able to travel based on client and business needs. Proficient use of applicable technology. The annual salary target for this job in this market is $100,000-$135,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
