How You’ll Make an Impact • Manage and track orders, change orders, and cancellations using SAP • Collaborate across sales, engineering, production, and logistics to resolve order-related issues • Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and review deliverables • Serve as a key contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, contracts, and payments • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment • Implement process improvements to boost order accuracy and efficiency • Generate performance reports and highlight areas for improvement • Support the customer service team in enhancing the overall customer experience Your Background • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field • Experience in order handling and contract management, ideally in manufacturing or high-tech • Strong leadership and communication skills • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement • Proficient in SAP and related order management systems • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship More About Us • At Hitachi Energy, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team shaping the future of energy. • We offer opportunities for growth, development, and global collaboration. • Our culture values innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
