PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development is seeking a Project Manager to join our team and play a critical role in driving the successful execution of our clients' R&D projects. As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and diverse team, utilizing your strong leadership skills and industry knowledge to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects. If you are a collaborative team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry, we would love to hear from you. Join us in making a meaningful impact on the future of healthcare. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of R&D projects. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and effectively communicate project updates, progress, and any issues or risks. Utilize strong leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards project goals and objectives. Conduct regular project team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project objectives. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed. Monitor project budget and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within scope and on budget. Facilitate communication and collaboration between various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and any issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes and procedures. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and problem-solving. Mentor and train junior project management team members to develop their skills and knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times, promoting a positive image to clients and stakeholders.
