Job Description Computer World Services Corp. (CWS) is seeking qualified candidates to support an engineering effort in the National Capital Region (NCR). The work scope is to plan, design, test, build, implement, deploy, and transition Information Technology (IT) solutions to meet various customer requirements in the NCR. Selected candidates will provide customers with seamless transitions to leading edge solutions which meet security requirements and provide operations and maintenance for development and test environments and provide specialized support for mission specific systems and applications. The Project Manager Team Lead for Mission Apps Support is responsible for managing very complex and/or high risk projects and shall not serve in any other capability. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Directs daily staff and task activities to meet client work objectives, timelines, and requirements. Supervises assigned technical, non-technical, and administrative staff, including subordinate managers. Responsible for the delivery of quality task products, services, and deliverables through participation in reviews and audits. Serves as a liaison and focal point with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems. Responsible for coordinating and monitoring subcontractor activities. Job Requirements Education & Experience Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree Must have more than twelve years’ experience, of which at least five years must be supervisory experience. Must have ability to manage and ensure successful completion of multiple technical tasks in various programs. Must have ability to recruit, hire, manage, supervise, train, schedule, coordinate, and evaluate staff as assigned. Certifications PMP or equivalent CompTIA Security +, or higher Security Clearance Active DOD security clearance (SECRET) Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.) Onsite support within government facilities located across the National Capital Region (NCR) Computer World Services is an affirmative action and equal employment opportunity employer.
