Responsibilities: • Execute trades in accordance with established trading strategies and risk management guidelines. • Monitor market conditions, analyze data, and identify trading opportunities. • Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop and refine trading strategies. • Utilize advanced trading tools and technology to execute trades efficiently. • Monitor and manage trade positions, including risk exposure and portfolio performance. • Stay informed about market trends, economic news, and industry developments that may impact trading strategies. • Collaborate with other traders and teams to share insights and optimize trading performance. • Continuously evaluate and improve trading strategies based on market conditions and performance analysis. • Adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines relevant to trading activities. • Maintain accurate records of trades, positions, and performance metrics. • First loss capital. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven track record of successful trading in one or more financial markets. • Strong understanding of trading principles, market dynamics, and risk management strategies. • Proficient in utilizing trading platforms and tools to execute trades. • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and make informed trading decisions. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions in fast-paced trading environments. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and share insights with other traders. • High level of self-motivation, discipline, and resilience. • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and trading strategies.
