Requirements: • Licensed in New York State to provide therapy (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LMSW) • Additional certifications (e.g., ABA, DBT, CBT, EMDR) are a plus • Bilingual capabilities are advantageous but not required • Experience providing therapeutic services to individuals of all ages • Strong organizational, communication, and engagement skills Compensation: Clinicians are paid based on a 50/50 split of session fees received. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $40 to $65 per session (for LCSWs, LMHCs, LMFTs) depending on session duration and complexity. Note: This is a 1099 independent contractor position with Comprehensive Counseling, LCSW, affiliated with LearnWell. We are currently unable to work with substance abuse counselors, school counselors, registered nurses, career counselors, or business coaches unless they also hold a clinical social work or mental health counselor license.
