Part-Time Digital Marketing Manager (Remote) AdEdge Digital Marketing Remote | Part-time | 10–15 hours/week $23–$33/hour (1099 contractor) About the role AdEdge Digital Marketing is a well-established digital marketing agency (founded in 2007) working with small and mid-sized organizations primarily in the NYC metro area and across the U.S. We’re hiring a part-time Digital Marketing Manager to help manage and execute client work across Google Ads, social media, analytics/reporting, and light website updates. This is a hands-on role for someone who has already done this work and can manage accounts with minimal oversight. This position starts at 10–15 hours per week, with the potential to grow over time. What you’ll be doing Google Ads - Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts for multiple clients - Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and ongoing optimization - Maintain Google Ads best practices, testing, and certifications - Monitor performance and make data-driven improvements Social Media (Paid & Organic) - Manage paid and organic social media efforts (primarily Meta platforms) - Work with clients to develop content topic plans - Create, schedule, and optimize posts and paid ad variations Analytics & Reporting - Use Google Analytics to produce clear weekly and monthly reports - Translate performance data into actionable recommendations - Track results tied to traffic quality, engagement, and leads Website Support (Light) - Make basic updates and edits in Wix (required) - Support landing pages, content updates, and on-page SEO changes - WordPress or Squarespace experience is a plus, but not required - This is not a web developer role Operational Support - Track time, retainers, and ad spend against monthly budgets - Coordinate with accounting on billing and ad spend reconciliation - Assist with overflow work when needed Requirements - 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing - 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Wix - Strong understanding of Google Analytics and performance metrics - Ability to write, edit, and repurpose marketing content - Comfortable creating basic, templated digital ads - Experience working with small businesses or agencies - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients - Self-directed, organized, and reliable Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) Work environment Fully remote Frequent Zoom / Google Meet calls Professional home office required Compensation & structure $23–$33/hour, depending on experience 1099 independent contractor No benefits; performance bonuses available Opportunity to grow hours and responsibility Job Type: Part-time Pay: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week Application Question(s): • How many hours per week are you available to work? • Do you have any limitations on specific days or hours you are unavailable?
