osition: QA Manager Healthcare (Medicaid & Medicare) Location: Remote / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract Role Overview We are seeking an experienced QA Manager with strong expertise in Healthcare systems, specifically Medicaid and Medicare programs. The QA Manager will lead quality assurance strategy, manage QA teams, and ensure regulatory compliance, system reliability, and high-quality delivery across healthcare applications. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage QA teams supporting Medicaid & Medicare applications • Define and implement QA strategy, test plans, and quality standards • Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and healthcare regulatory requirements • Oversee functional, integration, regression, UAT, and automation testing • Collaborate with Product, Development, Business, and Compliance teams • Track defects, metrics, and quality KPIs; drive continuous improvement • Support releases, production validation, and defect triage • Ensure quality across claims processing, eligibility, enrollment, billing, and EDI workflows Required Skills & Experience • 8+ years of QA experience, with 3+ years in QA leadership/management • Strong Healthcare domain experience Medicaid & Medicare (mandatory) • Knowledge of claims processing, eligibility, enrollment, provider management • Experience with EDI (X12 837/834/835), HL7, and healthcare data flows • Hands-on experience with test management tools (ALM, Jira, Zephyr, etc.) • Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.) • Strong understanding of STLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps QA practices Nice to Have • Experience with QNXT, Facets, HealthEdge, or Medicaid MMIS systems • Knowledge of CMS audits and compliance testing • PMP, CSM, or ISTQB certification Apply tot his job
