Build integration tests and performance testing suites for key financial workflows and backend systems. Perform hands-on exploratory testing for complex financial use cases, ensuring a secure, seamless experience across devices and browsers. Partner with backend and data engineers to ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems. Track and report key quality metrics (e.g., defect trends, test coverage, regression findings) to help guide product and engineering priorities. Act as a technical quality advocate, helping the team adopt better testing patterns and tools through collaboration and example. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in quality assurance for software products with a strong testing focus. Strong understanding of test methodologies, including unit, integration, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing.
