This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about front-end development. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React JS and modern JavaScript frameworks. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and clean, efficient code. • Build and maintain native web components and reusable UI elements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure high performance and responsiveness. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal supervision. • Contribute to the evolution of development standards and best practices. • Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across the team. Must-Have Skills • 4–6 years of experience in front-end development or related IT environments. • Strong proficiency in React JS, JavaScript, Type Script, HTML5, and CSS 3. • Experience with Vanilla JavaScript, Webpack, and native web components. • Familiarity with Junit and Jasmine testing frameworks. • Solid understanding of software development principles and deployment practices. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice-to-Have • Experience working in Agile environments. • Exposure to cloud platforms or CI/CD pipelines. • Interest in mentoring and contributing to internal development communities. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
