Real Estate Business Development Associate

Job Description: This position is responsible for researching, pursuing and closing reoccurring revenue by providing prospects in the home service industries, access to real estate professionals, homeowners, buyers, and sellers via an innovative, web-based technology bridge. As a Business Development Associate, you'll gain hands-on experience in sales fundamentals, building partnerships, market strategy, and growth initiatives while working in a collaborative, startup-style environment. Responsibilities: • Deliver continual revenue growth by incorporating sound sales and marketing tactics into your established, high-performance business values. • Research and qualify potential partners in the home services space. • Support outreach campaigns and assist in crafting compelling pitches. • Help design tactics to improve platform engagement and adoption. • Track performance metrics and provide insights for optimization. • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative growth ideas. Qualifications: • Recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for growth. • Strong verbal and written. • Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of tools, including Office, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Zoom. • Proven ability to integrate AI tools to streamline workflows, the creation and optimization of content, problem solving and process improvements. • Experience working remotely and independently. • Interest in technology-driven solutions and marketplace dynamics. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Previous internship or exposure to sales/business development is a plus. • Experience in home service, real estate or real estate software applications is a plus.
