Key Responsibilities: • Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and development agreements. • Conduct due diligence, title review, and coordinate closings for commercial and residential transactions. • Advise clients on zoning, land use, environmental compliance, and tax considerations (including 1031 exchanges). • Handle financing transactions, including mortgage and loan documentation. • Collaborate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other professionals to ensure smooth closings. • Maintain direct client relationships and provide strategic, practical counsel.
