Receptionist

Custodio & Dubey - CD Law is seeking a bilingual Receptionist / Office Assistant to join their Downtown Los Angeles law office. The role requires excellent telephone etiquette and strong organizational skills to manage client communications and support administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism (CallRail or VoIP systems familiarity preferred) Conduct client intake calls, assist with client communication, and connect calls as needed Manage multiple calendars, deadlines, scheduling tasks, and Zoom meetings Stock and organize office supplies; set up the office daily Communicate with building management through the portal Assist with depositions and in-office visits, including ordering supplies, coordinating large food orders, and preparing the office Support with administrative tasks such as scanning mail, saving documents, writing checks, and securely handling sensitive client documents Coordinate errands such as ordering Ubers, gifts, gift cards, and making reservations Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff Be comfortable assisting with light filming features for social media Skills Fluent in Spanish and English Strong telephone skills, etiquette, and professionalism Ability to commute to Downtown Los Angeles daily (parking pass provided) Experience securely handling sensitive client documents Strong organizational and multitasking skills Tech-savvy and comfortable with administrative support tasks Ability to coordinate and manage large group food and supply orders and deliveries Team player with excellent communication and people skills Familiarity with CallRail, Slack, Dropbox, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Filevine (case management software) Benefits Hybrid schedule: work from home on Wednesdays.
