NetBox Labs is seeking a Recruiter with 4+ years of experience. Reporting into the VP of People and Finance, you will accelerate the hiring engine that fuels our business growth. In this role you will: Drive the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to offer across technical and non-technical roles Coordinate interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, and run interviewer training Build and maintain partnerships with hiring managers across the US, UK, and Canada Deliver a delightful candidate experience and represent the NetBox Labs employer brand Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to build efficient, scalable, and data-driven processes for hiring The ideal candidate will have: 2+ years working in a fast paced, early stage (<200 employees) startup environment Proven track record of sourcing and closing technical talent, especially with Python, Go, and enterprise software experience. Experience using Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, and other job boards Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail, which are critical to keep up with a high volume of open roles and applicants Creativity, flexibility, and empathy, which are critical to positive candidate experiences Ability to multitask and project manage multiple roles, applicants, and projects Desire to get things done and win the best candidates Our culture and values: We own and solve problems with high attention to detail.
