Must reside in the Denver, Colorado area.Responsibilities:The Contract Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division. The Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team, as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the manager. The Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding process, credentialing and community offerings.HealthTrust Offers:• Highly Competitive Compensation Packages Pay Ranges from $35.00-$40.00 per hour• 401k Savings and Retirement Program• Weekly Pay• Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:• 3+ years proven track record of success in sales/production recruiting environment in hospital healthcare - recruiting both clinical and non clinical positions for hospitals• Experience with ATS/ CMS systems• Experience recruiting for critical, hard to fill positions: EVS (Environmental Services) and FANS (Food and Nutritional Services)• Critical thinking capabilities• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities• High level of proficiency with MicroSoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel - TECHNOLOGICALLY SAVVY• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment - 100+ requisitions• Productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities• A smart go getter aptitude who embraces continuous changeHealthTrust Workforce Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of HCA Healthcare.
