BASIC PURPOSE: The Recruitment Marketing & Operations Manager- Travel is a high-impact, revenue-critical role responsible for accelerating the fulfillment of open travel nursing and allied health orders by aligning real-time business demand with recruitment marketing execution. Sitting at the intersection of Travel Operations, Recruitment, and Marketing, The Manager is accountable for rapidly activating, optimizing, and scaling candidate sourcing efforts that directly drive submissions and placements, and has a deep understanding of the travel healthcare staffing business, knows how to prioritize fillable orders, and can execute immediately using Bullhorn, HubSpot, and modern AI-driven sourcing tools. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Order Activation & Demand Prioritization • Review open travel nursing and allied health orders on an hourly and daily basis. • Partner with Travel leadership (VPs, Directors) to prioritize orders based on bill rate, urgency, specialty demand, location desirability, and likelihood to fill. • Identify high-impact opportunities where rapid sourcing and marketing activation can drive immediate submissions and placements. • Continuously adjust focus as market conditions, client needs, and pay packages shift. Bullhorn and Hubspot Optimization & Performance Reporting • Leverage expertise to source, segment, and activate candidates efficiently. • Optimize lead ingestion, candidate lifecycle workflows, tagging, and data hygiene to ensure seamless handoffs to recruiters. • Reactivate existing candidates in the database through targeted searches, campaigns, and automation. • Use Bullhorn reporting and analytics to track submission and placement performance tied to sourcing activities. • Use HubSpot to build and optimize automated workflows for nurturing and activating candidates by specialty, location, and readiness. Recruitment Marketing & Multi-Channel Execution • Deploy campaigns quickly or execute independently when speed is required. • Execute real-time, multi-channel sourcing tactics under Marketing direction, aligned to prioritized open orders AI-Driven Sourcing & Automation • Research and partner on AI-enabled sourcing and outreach tools to scale candidate discovery and engagement. • Utilize AI for messaging, segmentation, personalization, and workflow optimization. • Continuously assess, refine, and scale tools that improve speed, efficiency, and conversion. Market Intelligence & Strategic Advisement • Monitor travel healthcare staffing trends including bill rates, high-demand specialties, geographic hotspots, and candidate behavior. • Provide real-time insights and recommendations to Travel and Marketing leadership to inform sourcing priorities and spend allocation. Qualifications • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically within the travel healthcare staffing industry. • CRM/ATS Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Bullhorn (experience with a Bullhorn implementation or optimization project is a major plus). • Marketing Automation: Proven experience managing leads and automated sequences within HubSpot. • Tech Stack: Familiarity with modern AI sourcing tools (e.g., ChatGPT-4 for copy, AI-driven scrapers, or automated LinkedIn outreach tools). • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the "traveler" persona—what motivates travel nurses and allied professionals to switch agencies. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred.
