Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Manager

Our Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Manager will assist the Managing Director in providing analysis, guidance and support to Rollins Brands and Support Center Departments on compliance with current and proposed national, state, and local laws, regulations and policies that impact Rollins and pest management industry. Effectively and proactively function as a liaison and contact for Rollins with regulatory agency officials, professional associations and industry organizations. Responsibilities • Compliance Monitoring: Track and provide assistance to operations with responses to inspections, violation notices or compliance agreements. • Compile and review investigation information. • Coordinate official enforcement responses, including when needed, collaboration with other applicable Support Center Departments. • Regulatory Research and Analysis: Conduct research on federal and state regulations and verify interpretations. Provide guidance on compliance actions or directions to Operations. Assist other Support Center Departments with regulatory information and guidance. • Due Diligence: Coordinate regulatory and compliance related analysis for due diligence reviews. • Policy Review: Assist in internal policy review, development and revisions pertaining to regulatory compliance. • Compliance Strategies: Support development and execution of national, regional, or state compliance strategies for Rollins or specific brands, considering the current regulatory landscape and business objectives ensuring leadership agreement, operational understanding and effective communication. • Training and Education: Develop and deliver compliance training programs for team mates and field personnel to raise awareness of requirements and promote a proactive compliance culture. • Documentation and Recordkeeping: Prepare and submit regulatory documents, formal comments, and applicable reports in requested or mandated timeframes. Work with senior regulatory analyst on data needs, and reporting. • Environmental Stewardship Management: Provide assistance in environmental regulatory compliance including product disposal, site remediation, and subcontractor approvals. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in related degree area (preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of related regulatory or government affairs work experience, or a minimum of 10 years of related work experience. • 5-10 years prior experience directly applicable to listed qualification, skills and competencies, in a corporate/private industry or governmental setting. • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, interpretations and guidelines applicable to pesticide use and pest management. • Strong understanding of legislative and rule-making processes, public policy, grassroots advocacy and relationship leveraging. • Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of regulatory affairs of the pest management industry. • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and within deadlines. • Ability to travel nationally up to 30% and on occasion internationally when needed.
