Job Title Regulatory Compliance Analyst About the Job The Compliance Analyst is responsible for managing compliance risk and executing the regulatory compliance goals for a prepaid debit portfolio. This role will plan and execute monitoring and testing activities, conduct compliance risk assessments, assess new state and federal regulations for applicability and impact, and act as a trusted subject matter expert to the business. What you will do Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including EFTA/Regulation E, GLBA/Regulation P, E-Sign, TCPA, and state-specific requirements. Assist in executing compliance monitoring and testing activities. Review and analyze consumer complaints for trends and escalate issues as needed. Track regulatory changes and support updates to policies, procedures, and training materials. Prepare compliance reports and maintain documentation for audits and regulatory examinations. Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on compliance obligations. Support compliance training programs for employees and business partners. What you will need to have: Bachelor’s degree 1+ years of compliance, risk management, or regulatory experience in a financial institution or fintech environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and desktop AI tools What would be great to have: Familiarity with consumer protection regulations and compliance frameworks. Experience supporting a prepaid debit program How you’ll work: This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
