Key Responsibilities: In- House Corporate Compliance Program Management: Enhance, improve, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory best-practice. Programs include but are not limited to: Payments Anti-Money Laundering Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Know Your Customer Third-Party Risk Management Gifts & Entertainment Conflicts of Interest Global Sanctions and Export Perform reputational and background screening, review and respond to due diligence questionnaires and supplier/vendor codes of conduct. Manage corporate-wide compliance training program. Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments. Perform quality assurance testing and accurate record keeping thereto. Create and update compliance policies and procedures. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across all departments. Manage all compliance vendors such as screening tools, global training vendor, etc. Regulatory Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines. Analyze the impact of regulatory changes on company operations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings as required. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities. Assist in the preparation of reports for senior management and regulatory bodies. Investigations and Issue Resolution: Assist with investigating compliance violations and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with legal and operational teams to address compliance issues. Ensure timely and effective resolution of compliance-related matters. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CAMS, etc.) is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the Sales, SaaS, and/or Financial industry. In-house corporate experience strongly preferred with background in servicing corporate in-house stakeholders. Ability to work in a remote setting independently; a true self-starter who can identify program needs and work independently to enhance or develop compliance items. In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., OFAC, GDPR, FCPA, Sapin II, Global AML regulations, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. High level of integrity and ethical conduct. Proficiency in compliance management software and tools. At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness. For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is: $114,500.00 - $144,800.00 annual salary based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and/or a long-term incentive. The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications.
