Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the San Bernardino-Victorville Market. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing clients' financial needs and goals. Promote and sell banking products and services to clients, including checking and savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. Maintain in-depth knowledge of all banking products and services offered by Bank of America. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and goals. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing personalized and tailored financial advice. Conduct financial reviews and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships. Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the financial market. Represent Bank of America in a professional and positive manner at all times. Comply with all bank policies, procedures, and regulations. Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation. Continuously seek ways to improve the client experience and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills. Act as a team player and actively contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
