Job Description An Agile Release Train (ART) is a "team of teams" that delivers value through coordinated, cross-functional efforts. The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is responsible for guiding and managing the ART’s execution and alignment. This role facilitates program-level processes, escalates impediments, manages risks, and drives continuous improvement across the program. RTEs typically come from backgrounds in program or engineering management. They possess a strong understanding of scaling Lean and Agile practices and are skilled at navigating the unique challenges of coordinating large-scale development initiatives. In this position, you will report directly to the Campus Manager . Key Responsibilities: Support Scrum Masters in execution and tracking of features and capabilities Coach teams to collaborate effectively rather than merely coordinate tasks Foster and encourage individual growth and development Actively listen and support teams in identifying problems and making decisions Mentor leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile principles and mindsets Apply and coach Agile and Lean practices within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Cultivate an environment of continuous learning and relentless improvement Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields Experience as a Scrum Master , Agile Coach , Product Owner , or similar roles Minimum of 4 years of experience with Agile methodologies or related disciplines Fluent or advanced English for daily professional communication Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels, including senior leadership Preferred Qualifications; SAFe certifications such as RTE or SPC (SAFe Program Consultant) Experience with software development processes and workflows is highly desirable.
