JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record . • 3+ years of substantive civil litigation experience, including commercial , professional liability , products liability , insurance defense/coverage , class actions , torts , breach of contract/warranty , and/or personal injury . • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. • Handle complex commercial litigation matters across various practice areas. Manage cases from inception through resolution , including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial. Provide strategic counsel to clients on risk mitigation and dispute resolution . Work closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.
