Position Overview We are currently seeking attorney's with books of business for an M&A with our firm. If you are open to selling your existing BoB, merging, or joining our firm, we'd like to speak with you! Key Responsibilities • We are open to all practice areas practice areas. Qualifications • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Active bar license in good standing. • 5+ years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on anything except Insurance Defense. • Demonstrated skills in litigation and negotiation. • Existing book of business or client relationships is preferred. • Strong analytical and communication skills. The firm is nationally recognized, with a presence in all 50 states and over 1,000 attorneys.
