Remote Bilingual Call Center Agent

Immediate positions available! RemX is seeking Local Remote Bilingual (English & Spanish) Customer Service Representatives for a local Insurance Company. This position requires you to have great customer service experience and empathy. • Must be flexible with schedule • Must live in Dade or Broward County • Hours: start time can be anywhere between 8am-11:30am • 8 hour shift (Will require to work at least ONE WEEKEND DAY) • Onsite only • Must be Fluent in English and Spanish • Start Date November 10th Job Responsibilities: • Inbound calls only • Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues • Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests • Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance Requirements: • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English • 1 year of customer service experience with the same company • High School diploma • Goal-driven and detail oriented • High Speed Internet required Company DescriptionThe professional staffing division of EmployBridge, America's Leading Workforce Specialist: When our Talent is looking for their next opportunity, we know they are not just looking for their next paycheck.
