Remote Bilingual (English/Spanish) Inbound Customer Service Representative (Contract)
TeleShift Staffing is hiring independent contractors to provide inbound customer support for top-tier U.S. brands. This 1099 remote position offers flexible scheduling and the freedom to work from home. Ideal candidates are professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others. Training & Start Dates: • Phase I: January 20th, 2026 – February 23, 2026 • Phase II: February 24, 2026 – March 04, 2026 • Training Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST (attendance is mandatory) • No classes on Monday. February 16th. Pay: • $7.64/hour during training $16.00/hour after certification Work Schedule: • Choose your own schedule • Operating Hours: 24/7/365 • Must work 4 hours on Mondays Key Responsibilities • Answer inbound customer care calls in English and Spanish. • Respond to billing questions and assist with deferrals or installment plans. • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. • Retain customers by resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency. • Maintain accurate records and achieve high satisfaction scores.
