This role focuses on sales, client relationship management, and recruitment support, where you will identify business opportunities and build long-term partnerships with clients. Responsibilities • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients. • Support recruitment and coordination processes for candidates. • Identify and close new business opportunities to expand company growth. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. • Track and report progress on sales and recruitment goals. Skills • 2–4 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or client service. • Fully bilingual (Spanish & English). • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet or exceed targets. • Flexible and proactive, able to work independently. Benefits • Commissions: 2%–4% on new client contracts. • High earning potential depending on performance.
