This position is responsible for acting as a first level liaison between the company and customers, prospective customers, trial clients, and self-pay clients. Responsible for new client referrals and contacting clients to verify referral information, while explaining services being offered. This role… • Assists clients with installation of company devices. • Interacts with external and internal customers in a professional, helpful and courteous manner. • Processes new client referrals and enters client information into company databases. • Calls clients to verify referral information and explain services being offered by referring agency. • Manages incoming phone calls by responding to requests and assisting with inquiries. • Resolves basic problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions and /or escalating unresolved problems. • Trouble-shoots basic technical assistance to clients as required. • Answers client questions using scripted and non-scripted responses. • Verifies demographics and data enter client information into the computer. • Records details of calls and messages. • Answers routine inquiries and refer calls not requiring dispatches to appropriate departments and agencies. • Maintains access to, and security of, highly sensitive materials. • Refers client complaints to appropriate persons. • Maintains protocol information supplied from reference materials, memos, and training sessions. • Maintains project productivity and quality goals. • Participate in other projects or duties as assigned. We are interested in speaking to individuals with the following… • Bilingual in Spanish and English required • High School Diploma required. • Zero (0) plus years of experience. • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed. • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with teams. • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in managing multiple tasks as the same time.
