The Business Banking Sales Consultant role involves engaging with current business clients and prospects to provide insights and recommendations based on their financial needs, ultimately aiming to enhance client relationships and loyalty. Responsibilities Responsible for the acquisition and growth of new and/or existing clients through direct marketing and branch delivery model Acquires and/or expands and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet may present the full range of PNC's products and services during each customer interaction Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well-being. Focuses on increasing client engagement and loyalty. Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities Builds an effective internal network within branch distribution and product partners to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients to further enhance the client experience. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and service partners Through discovery conversations, identifies and implements client solutions and, as appropriate, collaborates with internal business partners. Effectively executes on contact management strategy through utilization of available tools and resources.
