[Remote] Business Development Representative, Clinician Sales

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Parachute Health is transforming post-acute care through a digital ordering platform for medical equipment and supplies. The Business Development Representative will engage healthcare facilities, educate potential users, and collaborate with Account Executives to convert opportunities into partnerships. Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, social) to healthcare facilities and users Educate prospective ambulatory care partners and suppliers about the value of Parachute’s digital ordering platform Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives to drive expansion and integration Identify integration potential and articulate how Parachute fits into clinical workflows to reduce delays and improve patient care Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects in HubSpot, with detailed tracking of engagement and progress Follow up on marketing campaigns, webinar attendees, and inbound leads to uncover interest and drive action Become a subject matter expert on how digital connectivity improves operations for both suppliers and ordering clinicians Skills 1–2 years in Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or a similar function Strong experience in cold outreach and lead qualification, ideally in SaaS or healthcare technology is a plus, but not required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you listen well and tailor your message to the audience Passion for technology that improves lives—especially in healthcare Driven, curious, and eager to improve through feedback Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive Must reside in the U.S Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage 401(k) Retirement Plan Remote-First Company with a NYC office, offering a physical workspace for our greater New York City area employees.
