Waterfall Technology Consulting Partners is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to deliver exceptional service to their growing customer base. The role involves prospecting, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction with products and services. Responsibilities • Prospecting, Cold Calling, Pursuing / Opening New Accounts • Building / Maintaining Relationships with Key Stakeholders & Decision Makers • Contacting current customers and identifying new services • Maintaining knowledge base on current products and learning about new products • Providing product information, pricing quotations and follow-up on quotes • Offering technical expertise on products to purchasers when applicable • Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships • Ensuring that customers are satisfied with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service • Working closely with our Sales / Service Teams to ensure customer needs are met • Other duties as required Skills • 5 years of outside sales experience • 3 years minimum selling to Hospitality, Multi-Family, Hospitals, Renovation, Buildings Superintendents, Facility Engineers • Exceptional customer service skills • Self-motivated multi-tasker • Familiar with Service Titan • Must reside in Orange County, CA • Must have reliable transportation • Strong attention to details and follow-up calls • Daily reliability and punctuality with a positive attitude Benefits • Medical • Dental • Vision • Group and Life Insurance • Long-Term Disability • 401K plan • Paid Time Off • Paid Holidays Company Overview • Waterfall Technology Consulting Partners LLC offers technology consulting and staffing solutions.
