Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR1) – MD Medicaid MMC Group is excited to invite qualified candidates to apply for our upcoming Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR1) opportunity. Position Overview As a Customer Service Representative in our Customer Support Center (CSC), you will assist individuals, families, small business employees, and brokers with eligibility, enrollment, and inquiries related to Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans. You’ll use the State’s enrollment portal, CRM software, and other systems to deliver exceptional service to Maryland consumers. Position Details • Start Date: December 3, 2025 Limited spots available – apply now to secure your place! • Pay Rate: $18.50/hour • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (8-hour shifts) • Training: 3 weeks | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST • Nesting Period: 4 weeks post-training (same schedule) • Attendance: Perfect attendance required during training and nesting. One absence may result in termination. • Exam Requirement: Must pass a State Policy Exam with a score of 80% or higher during training. Equipment Requirements (BYOD – Bring Your Own Device) This is a 100% remote position. You must use your own equipment that meets the following specifications: Computer: • Desktop or laptop (No Chromebooks, Macs, iPads, or Tablets) • Intel Core i5 processor or higher • Minimum 8GB RAM and 256GB hard drive • Windows 10 or 11 • USB Gen 2 or newer port (for wired headset) • RJ-45 connection for wired internet • Functional webcam (required for training) Headset: • USB or headphone jack compatible headset with microphone Internet: • Wired connection (no Wi-Fi, hotspots, or satellite) • Minimum download speed: 100 Mbps • Minimum upload speed: 15 Mbps Next Steps – How to Apply If you're interested in moving forward, please submit the following items in one email to [email protected]: • ISP Speed Test: Run a test at using your work device.
