About the Role As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and child care providers, ensuring seamless communication and resolving queries efficiently. Key Responsibilities Process child care fee assistance applications in a timely and accurate manner. Enter client data into our database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Determine applicant eligibility based on program requirements and communicate the outcome effectively. Assist applicants in choosing suitable child care options and verify provider qualifications. Distribute program information and required documents to child care providers, ensuring they have the necessary resources. Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, addressing client queries and concerns. Maintain professional and respectful relationships with clients, fostering a positive experience. Uphold high ethical standards and confidentiality in all interactions. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and emails simultaneously. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field is a plus. Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is highly desirable.
