If you're someone who: * Has at least 1-year of outbound customer experience in a call center, claims, benefits, fundraising, or healthcare scheduling practices * Is passionate about mental health and emotional wellbeing, behavioral health, community outreach, resources, healthcare, or active volunteerism * Has an obvious sense of urgency and purpose * Demonstrates excellence in providing outstanding customer service over the phone and via email * Is motivated to help others and aligned to our organizational mission and vision * Is excited about being the first point of contact and connecting individuals with the support they need to thrive * Has excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening), especially over the phone, and a willingness to receive feedback * Is focused and determined, optimistic and creative * Is a college graduate or has an Associate's degree in a customer-related field **What You'll Do** As a Remote Care Advocate, you will: * Proactively reach out to individuals via phone to offer help and support according to program requirements * Work closely with a collaborative team of people who want to change the world * Be a key contributor to improving the lives of millions of people by connecting them with the support they need to thrive **This Role is a Great Fit If You Are** * Passionate about improving lives and believe in the greater good * Tenacious: you persist and bring creative solutions to tough challenges * Someone who thrives in a high call volume environment.
