Key Responsibilities Proactively contact individuals via phone to provide support and guidance. Listen actively and empathetically to understand the needs and concerns of individuals. Identify and direct individuals to relevant resources and services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of support services. Utilize various tech tools to enhance your work and impact. Work independently in a remote environment, taking ownership of key tasks and maintaining regular communication with your team. Who You're Looking For We're seeking individuals who are passionate, open-minded, and dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of others. You should have: At least 1 year of outbound customer experience in a call center, claims, benefits, fundraising, or healthcare scheduling environment. A passion for mental health, emotional wellbeing, behavioral health, community outreach, or healthcare. Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication and listening, especially over the phone. A willingness to receive feedback and grow from it. A college degree or Associate's degree in a customer-related field. Residency in one of the following states: AR, AZ, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MN, NC, NE, NV, OH, SC, TN, TX, VA, or WI. Essential Qualifications Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service over the phone and via email. Demonstrated excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong time management and organizational skills. Metric-driven and focused on achieving key performance indicators. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a healthcare or behavioral health environment. Knowledge of employee benefit ecosystems. Familiarity with tech tools and software used in customer experience environments. Previous experience working in a remote or telecommute environment.
