[Remote] Change Management Consultant IT Transformation Program
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tailored Management is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a high-impact IT Transformation Program. In this role, you will lead Organizational Change Management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems, technologies, and processes. Responsibilities • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy, including communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and post-go-live support • Assess change impacts, identify risks, and create mitigation plans to address adoption challenges • Partner closely with project managers, IT teams, business leaders, and HR to align change initiatives with program objectives • Create and deliver clear, engaging communications and training materials tailored to diverse audiences • Track adoption metrics and change effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure sustainable success Skills • Strong background in data and analytics implementations • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field • 3+ years of hands-on change management experience in IT-driven environments • Working knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills • Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or similar) • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology implementations (ERP, CRM, cloud migrations, data/analytics platforms) Company Overview • Tailored Management is a staffing and recruiting company that offers information technology staffing and recruitment services.
