[Remote] Channel Sales Manager

The Channel Sales Manager will develop and manage the indirect sales strategy through strategic channel partners, focusing on relationship building and sales execution to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Responsibilities • Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel and reseller partners that align with Coram AI’s target markets and strategic objectives • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, serving as the primary liaison between Coram AI and the partner network • Sales Enablement: Equip partners with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively position and sell Coram AI’s solutions • Revenue Growth: Drive partner-led sales opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets and channel performance goals • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop joint go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and co-branded materials • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and performance metrics for channel sales; provide regular reports to leadership • Market Intelligence: Gather feedback and insights from partners to inform product development, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all partner agreements, pricing, and programs comply with Coram AI’s channel policies Skills • 3+ years of experience in an Account Executive, Strategic Account Executive or Channel/Partner sales role, preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software • Proven success in building, managing, and selling through partner ecosystems that drive measurable revenue growth • Strong understanding of B2B technology sales, indirect go-to-market models, and partner incentives • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience using CRM, partner management, and prospecting tools (e.g. HubSpot, PartnerStack/Partnerbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) • Resilient in challenging and fast-paced environments • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels • Ability to work in an onsite environment Benefits • 100% Employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and base life insurance • Flexible paid time off and 9 paid holidays • 401(k) with both Traditional and Roth options • Equity in a rapidly growing company • Referral bonuses • Daily team dinners and regular team off-sites • The latest Apple tech and unlimited tools so you can win Company Overview • Coram AI develops a video intelligence platform to provide businesses with insights into daily operations.
