[Remote] Client Success Coordinator

They are hiring a Client Success Coordinator to provide friendly and reliable support for clients, managing communications, documenting interactions, and assisting with basic legal tasks to ensure a smooth client experience. Responsibilities Make and receive client calls; provide timely, compassionate updates and clear next steps Document all communications and tasks in Filevine and keep matters organized and current Triage issues, escalate to the attorney when needed, and follow through to resolution Calendar key dates, track tasks, and keep cases on schedule Light legal assistant support: request records, organize medical documents, prepare simple forms/letters, and submit routine filings with the VA as directed Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional, courteous communication at all times Skills 1+ year in a client-facing role at a law firm (veterans benefits experience a plus) Valid PIV (Personal Identity Verification) card—required Comfortable and confident on the phone; thrives on helping people and de-escalating concerns Highly organized self-starter with excellent follow-through and attention to detail Clear written communication; reliable documentation habits; discretion with sensitive information Familiarity with Filevine preferred (or strong aptitude to learn quickly) Company Overview At Unruh Law, we strive to improve our clients’ lives by maximizing their disability benefits so they can live the life they’ve earned with dignity.
