[Remote] Client Success Instructional Designer I

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. National Debt Relief, LLC is a leading debt settlement organization that helps consumers manage overwhelming debt. They are seeking a Client Success Instructional Designer I who will assist in designing and developing learning materials, collaborating with stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences, and measuring the effectiveness of these interventions. Responsibilities Design and develop instructional materials including presentations, eLearning modules, job aids, and other learning resources Collaborate with stakeholders and team members on learning initiatives to understand and respond to business needs Apply basic adult learning theory and instructional design practices to create engaging learning experiences Support Needs Assessment processes to identify gaps and recommend strategies for improvement, setting clear performance-based objectives and measures Assist in creating, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions Develop learning assets in a variety of formats, including but not limited to Instructor Led Training (ILT/vILT), eLearning, job aids, and video Develop learning experiences using a systemic design process (ADDIE/SAM) that supports continued quality, speed of delivery, and learning reinforcement Facilitate (as necessary) development programs to Team Members using adult learning principles and a blended learning approach Skills Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required 1-year corporate training, human resources, learning & development, talent management, or related experience required 1-year of experience using eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, or comparable platforms is required Basic understanding of instructional design for different modalities (e.g., ILT, vILT, eLearning, blended) Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and development Familiarity with content authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced settings Willingness to learn and grow in instructional design and development practices Computer competency and ability to work with a computer Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions Take constructive feedback 1-year experience with financial products/services in a call-center environment is preferred Basic graphic design skills - familiarity with design tools like Adobe Illustrator is a plus Benefits Generous Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits 401(k) with Company Match Paid Holidays, Volunteer Time Off, Sick Days, and Vacation 12 weeks Paid Parental Leave Pre-tax Transit Benefits No-Cost Life Insurance Benefits Voluntary Benefits Options ASPCA Pet Health Insurance Discount Access to your earned wages at any time before payday Company Overview National Debt Relief, a certified Great Place to Work®, was founded with the goal of helping an expanding number of consumers deal with overwhelming debt.
