Key Responsibilities of the Role Visual Enhancement & Color Application • Add color to black-and-white illustrations in various styles—from flat digital fills to rich painterly techniques. • Collaborate with illustrators and art directors to understand mood, tone, and visual consistency. • Suggest and apply color palettes that align with narrative direction or brand identity. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Join regular video calls with remote teams, including writers, UX designers, and branding leads. • Participate in reviews, critiques, and real-time adjustments. • Ensure every project aligns with creative briefs and art direction goals. File & Workflow Management • Organize and manage layered artwork using consistent naming conventions. • Prepare colored files for delivery across web and print formats. • Maintain structured file systems to support smooth collaboration.
