[Remote] Commission & Incentive Compensation Analyst with Xactly

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BravoTECH is seeking a Commission & Incentive Compensation Analyst with expertise in Xactly. The role involves administering employee incentive plans and ensuring accurate commission calculations, while providing analytical support to management on compensation-related matters. Responsibilities • Execute the timely and accurate calculation of weekly commission/incentive payments to teammates based on commission plan provisions using manual methods and Xactly Incent. • Administration and calculation of monthly and quarterly variable pay programs, producing accurate and timely payouts to employees using manual methods and Xactly Incent. • Support the development, implementation, reconciliation, communication and administration of sales commission or incentive programs, plans, policies and targets. • Maintain records of incentive and commission payment data through various sources, present information required to support teammate inquiries, management requests, and audit readiness. • Provide analysis and reporting for management as it relates to commission and incentive plans, including, but not limited to, ad hoc reports, compensation history reports and year end compensation analysis and reporting. • Work with leadership to ensure accurate pay changes for teammates eligible for incentive-based plans. • Research special compensation programs or incentive systems to support the organization's objectives. • Review and advise leadership and HR on proposed salary actions (base salary, adjustments, promotions) to ensure conformance with established guidelines and policies on compensation actions for employees. • Maintain system process documentation. Educate teammates and managers on commission calculations and policy/plan changes. Proactively identify issues and make recommendations for process improvements. • Support ongoing commission and bonus plan implementations in Xactly Incent by validating data, UAT and supporting rollouts. Skills • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills • Minimum 2-5 years of related Compensation, Commission or Financial experience • Excellent multi-tasking skills to manage multiple, competing priorities and duties (planned and unplanned) • Great interpersonal and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy • Advanced Excel skills • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels within the organization • Possesses a strong customer service orientation to effectively answer inquiries from employees and act as subject matter experts regarding commission and incentive compensation • Familiar with a variety of HR concepts, practices, and procedures • Knowledge of relevant U.S. laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, Equal Pay Act, Title VII, Tax, GAAP, SEC) related to compensation programs • Ability to handle highly sensitive information confidentially • Proven analytical skills and proven experience using and applying organizational planning • Solid background defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, drawing conclusions and making recommendations • Experience in using incentive compensation management (ICM) and sales performance management (SPM) platforms such as Xactly Incent • Experience processing commission-based payouts Company Overview • BravoTech is a dynamic company that specializes in offering a complete range of IT staff augmentation and project management services.
