As the Content and SEO Manager, you will play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing content strategies that engage, inform, and convert our target audience. Content Strategy Development: • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives organic growth. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to ensure content supports overall marketing goals. • Conduct thorough market research to understand our target audience’s needs, preferences, and pain points and tailor content accordingly. • Create a content calendar that outlines key topics, deadlines, and responsibilities. This will ensure a steady flow of high-quality content. 2. Content Creation and Management: • Write, edit, and proofread a variety of content types, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, product descriptions, and social media posts. • Ensure all content is original, accurate, and aligned with brand voice and messaging. • Oversee multimedia content production, such as videos, infographics, and podcasts, collaborating with designers and videographers as needed. • Manage a team of freelance writers, editors, and content creators, providing guidance and feedback to maintain quality standards. • Utilize content management systems (CMS) to publish and organize content, ensuring optimal user experience. 3. SEO Strategy and Implementation: • Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy to increase organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to our website. • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and create content that ranks well for targeted search terms. • Optimize on-page elements, including meta titles, descriptions, headers, and images, to improve search engine rankings. • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush, and make data-driven decisions to enhance results. • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, and adapt strategies accordingly. 4. Analytics and Reporting: • Track and report on key performance metrics related to content and SEO, such as organic traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, and keyword rankings. • Analyze data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to the marketing team. • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting the impact of content and SEO efforts on overall business goals. 5. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in content management, SEO, and digital marketing. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content and SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and conversions. • Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page optimization, link building, and keyword research. • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Experience with content management systems (CMS), WordPress, and SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz. • Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
