Drive Remedial Actions: Work with various departments to identify and implement corrective actions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage FAA Security Affirmation Letters: Log and track FAA Security Affirmation letters in the Quality Assurance database, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance. Process Improvement: Provide continuous improvement ideas for handling and tracking FAA letters, leveraging data analysis and process streamlining techniques. Promote Safety-Centric Practices: Demonstrate a commitment to safety-aware behaviors in all operational processes and systems, fostering a culture of safety within the organization. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Currently Pursuing a Four-Year College Education: Enrollment in a degree program is required, with a strong foundation in Microsoft Office applications. Independence and Task Management: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, completing tasks efficiently and effectively. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders at different levels.
