Resolve customer issues and concerns, striving for first-call resolution. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers. Stay up-to-date on blithequark's policies, procedures, and product offerings. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred. Previous customer service experience is a plus, and you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. You should be able to work independently and remotely, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
