About the Role As a Remote Customer Experience Associate at blithequark, you'll be the frontline representative of our customer experience team. You'll work remotely from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch service to our customers across various locations. Your primary goal will be to troubleshoot issues, provide product information, and ensure that our customers have a seamless experience with our services. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot customer issues in real-time, resolving problems on the first call whenever possible. Provide world-class customer service by assessing customer needs, suggesting products and services, and adjusting billing as necessary. Navigate complex customer issues with clarity and professionalism, ensuring that customers never get lost in a frustrating call transfer maze. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills, continually improving your abilities to provide the best possible service. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a passion for customer service and a knack for troubleshooting technical issues. Here are the essential qualifications we're looking for: A high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience. At least 6 months of experience providing customer service or selling products and services. A reliable high-speed internet connection available in your home. Residency in Wichita, KS, Omaha, NE, OKC, OK, Baton Rouge, LA, Hampton Roads, VA, or surrounding communities within those states. While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred: 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues. 6+ months of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals. 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. Previous telecommunications experience. A keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus.
