And the best part? You'll make a real impact on people's lives ❤️. ???? The Details • ???? Full-time position, Monday through Friday (because we all need a little weekend! ????) • ⏰ 8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST • ???? 5-week intensive orientation (don't worry, we've got your back every step of the way! ????‍????) ????️ Your Secret Weapons • ???? A great ear for listening and a knack for finding solutions • ????‍♀️ Ability to juggle multiple tasks like a pro • ???? Passion for helping others and brightening their day ???? Your Arsenal • ???? High school diploma (bonus points if you've got a degree! ????) • ???? At least 1 year of experience in insurance operations • ???? Tech-savvy and confident navigating our web-based systems • ???? Detail-oriented with strong follow-through ???? The Cherry on Top • ???? Experience in healthcare/insurance • ???? Background in social work, behavioral health, or similar fields • ????
