Follow up on missing information in order to process claims in a timely and efficient manner. Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness, and take corrective action as necessary. Compile reports from systems with claims information, and provide support to the claims coordination team as needed. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Work collaboratively with the claims coordination team to achieve common goals and objectives, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field, such as customer service, data entry, or administration. Basic computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision. Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, and have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in claims coordination or a related field. Knowledge of claims management systems and software applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
